1. Diagnostic Fees

All diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with repairs.

2. Labor & Service Fees

• Labor fees are non-refundable once work has started.

• If a repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen issues (such as unavailable parts or hardware failure beyond repair), only the unused portion of labor may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Parts & Hardware

• All parts and hardware purchases are non-refundable once installed.

• Unused or unopened parts may be eligible for a refund within 7 days, minus any restocking fees charged by suppliers.

4. No Guarantee on Data

Cece Luxury and Company LLC is not responsible for data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up all data before service. No refunds will be issued for data loss.

5. Warranty on Repairs

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on labor for the specific repair performed.
This does not cover:

• New or unrelated issues

• Software problems caused by user actions

• Physical damage after repair

• Virus or malware reinfection

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Cece Luxury and Company LLC directly before filing any chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in service denial and collection actions.

8. Abandoned Devices

Devices left over 30 days after service completion or contact attempts may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or disposal to recover costs.

9. Right to Refuse Refunds

Cece Luxury and Company LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

• Customer misuse or tampering

• Failure to follow recommendations

• Third-party repairs after our service
